For products that are eligible for a standard return, a return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After expiry of the applicable 7-day period, a standard return request for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, design preference, personal choice, ordering the wrong product, or simply not liking the product may not be accepted.

The return window will be calculated from the delivery date recorded by the applicable logistics partner.

The 7-day standard return period does not override any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit/spurious, or materially misrepresented products.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, torn, stained, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or incorrect/wrong, you should contact OSHIYANA within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster verification, the customer should provide the order number, product code where applicable, clear photographs of the product, clear photographs or video of the packaging, a continuous unboxing video where available, and a short description of the issue.

The requested photographs/video are evidence used to investigate transit damage, wrong-product dispatch and other delivery-related concerns. Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect OSHIYANA's ability to verify a claim, but it will not by itself be treated as an automatic waiver of every consumer right available under applicable law.

If OSHIYANA sends a product that is materially different from the product ordered, the customer should notify OSHIYANA within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, OSHIYANA may provide replacement with the correct product, subject to availability, or another legally appropriate resolution where replacement is not possible.

The incorrectly delivered product must be retained safely until OSHIYANA provides return instructions.

If the product is genuinely defective or damaged, OSHIYANA will investigate the complaint.

Depending upon the circumstances and availability, the resolution may include replacement with the same product or refund of the applicable amount where replacement is not possible or where required/appropriate under applicable law.

OSHIYANA will not classify a genuine manufacturing defect, material damage or incorrect dispatch merely as a normal handcrafted variation.

For a standard return based on an eligible return reason, the product must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered; free from perfume, makeup, stains, odour or other signs of use; accompanied by original tags/labels; accompanied by original packaging; and in a condition suitable for resale.

OSHIYANA may inspect returned products before approving a standard return.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, standard change-of-mind returns may not be available for customised products, personalised products, made-to-order products, altered or modified products, products that have been worn, washed or used, products damaged after delivery due to customer handling, products returned without required original tags/packaging, products showing stains, perfume, makeup, odour or other signs of use, and products specifically identified as Final Sale / Non-Returnable before purchase.

Certain special promotional products may also have separate standard-return terms where those terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.

These exclusions do not prevent a customer from raising a legitimate complaint concerning a defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit/spurious, or materially misrepresented product where applicable law provides a remedy.

Many OSHIYANA products may involve traditional Indian weaving, handcrafted processes, zari work, dyeing and other artisanal techniques.

Accordingly, minor variations in weave, texture, zari, motif placement, thread character, colour appearance or finishing may naturally occur. Such characteristics may be part of the individual character of a handcrafted or handwoven textile and will not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

However, material damage, genuine manufacturing defects, wrong products or material deviation from the description/order will not be treated merely as a handcrafted variation.

Actual colour may appear slightly different depending on photography lighting, screen brightness, mobile/monitor settings, camera processing, fabric texture and reflective zari.

A minor visual difference that does not materially change the product will not automatically constitute a defect. However, if the product supplied is materially different from the product represented or ordered, the customer may raise a complaint under the applicable return/replacement process.

Products sold under a special offer, sale, clearance, promotional campaign or special pricing may have different return/exchange terms. The applicable terms will be displayed clearly before or at the time of purchase.

OSHIYANA may designate certain products as FINAL SALE — NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STANDARD CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN, provided that this condition is clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase.

Promotional pricing does not by itself eliminate applicable consumer rights concerning defective products, damaged products, wrong products, spurious/counterfeit products, material misrepresentation, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Products offered at discounts of more than 50% may be classified as Final Sale products and may not be eligible for standard change-of-mind returns, provided this condition is clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase.

A discount of more than 50% does not, by itself, remove any mandatory statutory consumer right or remedy relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misrepresented goods.

Where a product is verified as a wrong product, defective product, or damaged-in-transit product, OSHIYANA will arrange or bear the applicable return/replacement logistics as appropriate.

For an eligible standard return based on customer preference or change of mind, the applicable return-shipping or handling terms will be disclosed before processing the return.

Once an eligible refund is approved, OSHIYANA will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method/process.

Refund timing may depend upon the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI/payment provider, logistics/return verification and other external processing systems.

Where a refund is legally required, OSHIYANA will process it in accordance with applicable law and the applicable terms of the transaction.

For COD orders, where a refund is approved, OSHIYANA may require valid bank-account/UPI details or use another legally permissible refund mechanism.

The account/payment details supplied by the customer must belong to the customer or otherwise be appropriately authorised. OSHIYANA will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete refund details supplied by the customer.

All returned products may be inspected before the return/refund is finally approved.

The inspection may include checking product condition, tags, packaging, signs of use, stains, damage, alteration, missing components/accessories, product code and invoice/order details.

A return request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.

If an order contains multiple products, the eligibility of each product may be assessed separately. One product's return eligibility will not automatically make every product in the same order returnable.

Where exchange is offered, the replacement will generally be subject to availability of the requested product, product eligibility, verification of the returned item and applicable terms displayed for the order.

If the same product is unavailable, OSHIYANA may provide another legally appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable.

If a verified wrong, defective or damaged product cannot be replaced because the product is unavailable, discontinued or otherwise cannot reasonably be supplied, OSHIYANA may process an appropriate refund or alternative resolution in accordance with applicable law.

OSHIYANA may investigate cases involving repeated suspicious return patterns, intentional damage, product swapping, fraudulent claims, false information, misuse of return facilities or other suspected fraudulent activity.

Where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse, OSHIYANA may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This clause is not intended to prevent a customer from raising a genuine complaint.

A standard return may be rejected where the product has been worn, washed, altered, stitched/modified, stained, perfumed, damaged through customer handling, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.

This does not affect a customer's rights relating to a genuine defect that existed independently of such use, to the extent provided by applicable law.

If a package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer should, wherever reasonably possible, photograph or video the package, record the condition of the outer packaging, avoid unnecessary handling, and contact OSHIYANA promptly.

For damaged, incorrect or missing products, the customer should raise the concern within 48 hours so that OSHIYANA can investigate promptly.

If an order is marked delivered but the customer claims that it was not received, the customer should contact OSHIYANA immediately.

OSHIYANA may verify the matter with the logistics partner, delivery records, proof of delivery, OTP records where applicable, delivery photographs where available, and other relevant information. The complaint will be investigated and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is permitted by the order status and applicable terms.

Once an order has entered processing, been dispatched, customised, altered or made-to-order, cancellation may not be possible except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customised, personalised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for standard change-of-mind returns because they are prepared specifically for the customer.

This exclusion does not remove applicable remedies where OSHIYANA supplies a wrong, defective or materially non-conforming product.

OSHIYANA will maintain a customer-support and grievance mechanism through the contact details published on its website.

The website will provide the applicable customer-care contact, grievance officer details, email address, physical/business address and other legally required information, as applicable to the business model and prevailing law.

Complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within the timelines required under applicable law and the applicable e-commerce framework.

OSHIYANA may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, business operations, logistics/payment systems, product-specific requirements or regulatory requirements.

The version applicable to an order should be clearly identifiable. Material changes will not be used to retrospectively remove rights already accrued under an earlier transaction.

This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory statutory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

Before placing an order, customers are requested to carefully review the product description, photographs, fabric/material details, size/dimensions where applicable, price, discount/offer terms, delivery information and return/refund/replacement conditions.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable product and transaction terms.
